Practice Yoga

Each of the four yoga practices focus on parts of the body that hold tension and stored emotions. Unexpressed emotions become stored in the body and can manifest as physical tightness, stress, tension and even pain.


During the yoga practices, you will begin to unravel physical tension bound in your body. As your physical container feels safe and supported it can begin to express emotion.

Feel your Emotions

Yoga has powerful poses that can assist you with integrating emotional energy. Using the yogic practice of Pratyahara we will deeply focus inward, rooting into the sensations of the breath and body.


As you let the feeling be there, you can allow the energy behind it to flow through you. With quiet observation and merely witnessing your emotions you begin to self-heal through feeling.

Let Them Go

Letting go involves being aware of a feeling, letting it come up, staying with it, and letting it run its course without judgement.


When you can let go of the feeling, the energy behind the feeling will be instantly surrendered and you will feel happier, more loving and more at peace.

Why Yoga and Journal?


Most people throughout their lives repress, suppress and try to escape from their feelings. The suppressed energy accumulates and seeks expression through psychosomatic distress, bodily disorders, emotional illnesses, and disordered behaviour in interpersonal relationships.
